Erica “Sequoia” Prindle, MA, Associate CSW

Sequoia, our MSW intern supervised by Aimee Pomerleau, LMFT, received a B.A. in Psychology in 2013 from UC Santa Cruz and a Masters of Social Work from CSU Monterey Bay in 2017. Sequoia is working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and is learning how to incorporate neurofeedback into their practice as a therapist and as a social worker for New Families Foster Family Agency.

Sequoia draws experience from their background in developmental trauma, humanistic psychology, family systems theory, child welfare, cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered practice, mindfulness techniques, and intersectional queer theory, and is receiving training in somatic therapy methods and theraputic neurofeedback integration at the Santa Cruz Neurofeedback Center.
